Dave Luttrell offers a range of plumbing services from residential to commercial new builds and upgrades. We also provide the installation of septic systems, rain water harvesting, filtration and pumps as well as fire services. Compliant with Australian regulations.
Gas-Fitting
Here at Cowaramup Gas, we provide the installation of gas for new builds, hot water systems and cooking appliances. We will ensure that all gas fitting work, new and existing services are all compliant with Australian regulations and are safe to use.
Air Conditioning
Cowaramup Air offer supply and installation solutions for split system reverse cycle air-conditioning including wall mounted, bulk head units and ceiling cassette type units. You can trust we will keep you warm in winter and cool in summer.

About
Dave Luttrell is based firmly within the community of Cowaramup, having grown up in the south west of WA. During his life, he has seen the region grow considerably and has been fortunate to contribute his services to many projects spanning from Bunbury to Augusta for over 25 years.
Some of the projects include local housing, Woolworths Margaret River, 500 Bussell Highway Margaret River shopping complex and most recently the accommodation/commercial development at Fearn Ave, Margaret River, to name a few.
